The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory frameworks.Reports ToLegal DirectorWho You Are More than 4 years of experience in Regulatory Solutions, Corporate Law & Business Negotiations in the financial industryDemonstrated expertise in regulatory compliance within cryptocurrency, fintech, and payments sectors across several jurisdictionsProven experience drafting, negotiating, and managing commercial agreements, partnership contracts, and institutional client documentationTrack record of building and maintaining legal frameworks supporting product development from ideation through execution, including IP protection, regulatory approvals, and risk assessmentsExperience implementing standardized workflows for tracking legal deliverables, deadlines, and cross-functional dependenciesFamiliarity with legal documentation and project management platforms to centralize and organize legal materialsProven track record presenting legal risks, compliance status, and strategic recommendations to C-level executives and business unit lead
