They are responsible for developing compliance and AML/TF programs, reviewing company policies, advising management on internal controls and possible risks. This role is critical in ensuring that our operations adhere to all regulatory requirements set forth by the Brazilian Central Bank and other relevant authorities.Reports ToChief Legal and Compliance OfficerWho You Are Bachelor's degree in law, finance, business management, or a related field.7-10 years' proven experience in a compliance officer and/or manager role.Experience as a Compliance Officer/Compliance Manager role in the financial services industry, preferably within a Payment InstitutionKnowledge of Brazilian Central Bank regulations and global compliance requirements for Payment InstitutionsExperience in risk management and internal controlsExcellent oral and written communication skills.Be hands-on and have the ability to adaptHighly-analytical with strong attention to detail.Familiarity with industry practices and professional standardsInteg
