This unique role offers the chance to lead global greenfield projects that will impact millions of users every day. As a Staff Engineer/Tech Lead, you will spend approximately 70% of your time coding while also managing a talented, high-performing team.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement crypto-related products such as crypto exchange, fiat gateway, futures, margin, lending and more.Lead the creation of systems that will scale 100x, driving transformative infrastructure and architecture upgrades.Lead and guide day-to-day development activities through hands-on involvement in architecture decisions, designs, design reviews, code reviews, and implementation.Set up and maintain system infrastructure.RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.9+ years of experience in the full software developm
