Join a world-class Web3 team with leaders from Polygon, Solana, Protocol Labs, Binance, etc. in building the fastest blockchain in the world.ResponsibilitiesIdentifying, engage, and close top tier Web 3 talent globally (US, EMEA, APAC), conveying to them the unique mission and culture we’ve built at Sei Development FoundationRun thoughtful, personalized outbound campaigns to passive talentBuild and maintain pipelines across multiple open roles, focusing on quality and speedWork closely with the hiring team to understand role requirements and candidate profilesAct as a candidate’s first point of contact and provide a great candidate experienceTrack sourcing metrics and iterate based on what’s workingRecruiting coordination including scheduling and maintaining up-to-date ATS recordsRequirementsExperience recruiting within a web3 startup building teams globallyDeep understanding of the current Web 3 talent market, ideally hiring at either L1/L2sStrong research and outreach skills, with the ability to quickly ramp up on new rolesExcel
