This role goes beyond traditional project management and requires strong ownership of product planning and UX-oriented service design, including the definition of Product Requirements Documents (PRDs). You will work closely with design and engineering teams to deliver intuitive, high-quality user experiences while ensuring alignment with business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end planning and execution for new cryptocurrency exchange platform and service launchesOwn and define Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), including functional requirements, user flows, service policies, information architecture (IA), and business modelsPlan and design UI/UX-related service requirements in collaboration with designers and engineersParticipate in improvement and optimization projects for existing services and operationsDevelop user behavior models and monitor conversion funnels across key user journeys (e.g. registration to transaction)Design incentive campaigns and user touchpoint strategies to improve user engagement and conversionCoordinate and align with cross-functional st
