Excellent English & Spanish speakingA 360º proven expertise / knowledge of labour law and People matters related. Expertise in analysis and implementation of strategy balancing business needs.Leadership and excellent people management skills. Proven ability to work and lead cross-functional teams in multinational context.Proven experience working with the senior management.Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, high impactful scope, results oriented, fast execution.
