You will play a key role in expanding GSR’s OTC franchise by developing and executing client flow, managing risk, and delivering best-in-class execution.This is afront-office, revenue-generating role, suited to an experienced trader with a strong track record in crypto markets and deep relationships across institutional or high-volume counterparties.ResponsibilitiesOriginate, price, and execute OTC trades across crypto spot and derivatives markets.Develop and grow client relationships, driving trading volumes and revenue generation.Maintain and expand relationships with institutional clients, funds, brokers, and HNW counterparties.Manage risk and exposure in real time, ensuring adherence to internal risk frameworks.Monitor market conditions, liquidity, and pricing to optimize execution and profitability.Collaborate w
