As the bridge between our FX clients, the sales team, and our technical infrastructure, your mission is to ensure every client is "ready to trade" and that any operational friction is eliminated instantly.You will be the primary point of contact for FX-specific support, allowing our product leads to focus on scaling while you own the day-to-day execution and troubleshooting.Reports ToBusiness Operations ManagerWho You Are Operational Grit: At least 2+ years of experience in Product Ops, Fintech Support, or FX Operations.Bilingual: English and Spanish fluencyTechnical Comfort: You aren't afraid to dig into back-end systems to understand why a client is stuck.Urgency & Ownership: This is a fast-paced environment. You need to be able to prioritize multiple requests without losing your cool.Communication: Ability to translate complex technical blockers into clear updates for both clients and internal FX sales teams.What You Will Do Onboarding & Readiness: Own the end-to-end operational readiness for FX clients. This includes addressing and resolving setup issues and ensuring a seamless transition from "signed" to "operating."Expert Troubleshooting: Act as the first line of defense for account errors or product glit
