You are responsible for scaling our global footprint by navigating two distinct but synergistic worlds: the high-velocity retail influence of KOLs/Affiliates and the structured, technical landscape of B2B Brokerage.This is a high-impact leadership role requiring a rare blend of “crypto-native” social intelligence and institutional financial acumen. You will lead the strategy for acquiring new users through world-class content creators while simultaneously building the API-driven infrastructure that allows fintechs and brokers to leverage our liquidity. You aren’t just managing partners; you are defining the market depth and brand authority of a global industry leader.Responsibilities: Omni-Channel Strategy: Develop and execute an integrated global strategy for both Affiliate (Retail/KOL) and Broker (B2B/Institutional) channels to drive First-Time Users (FTUs) and trading volume.Program Architecture: Design and optimize the Broker Program and Affiliate structures, ensuring competitive commission models and incentives, API integration seamlessness, and market-leading value propositions.P&L & ROI Ownership: Oversee the budget for partnership incentives, ensuring all deals—from social media campaigns to institutional liquidity agreements—deliver measurable, positive ROI.High-Stakes Negotiation: Lead the drafting and closing of complex, multi-million dollar partnership agreements with top-tier global media outlets, influential KOLs, and major financial intermediaries.Institutional Integration: Act as the strategic lead
