Powered by a proprietary Hyper-Latency Engine (BHLE), we bridge the precision of traditional finance with the efficiency of decentralized ecosystems, catering specifically to global institutional capital across major assets like $BTC, $ETH, $SOL, and $PAXG.We are looking for a highly strategic Head of Marketing & Growth to lead our global narrative, strengthen our brand trust, and drive institutional adoption directly for BASIS.What You Will Do (Responsibilities):Global Brand Strategy: Architect and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to position BASIS as a trusted technology leader in institutional digital asset infrastructure.PR & Media Relations: Manage Tier-1 financial and crypto media outreach (e.g., Bloomberg, Business Insider, CoinDesk) to effectively communicate our corporate developments and milestones.Event & Field Marketing: Orchestrate BASIS's presence, sponsorships, and VIP networking events at major global conferences (e.g., Paris Blockchain Week, Token2049, Consensus).Community & Content Leadership: Oversee the creation of high-impact technical content, research papers, and executive thought leadership, while driving professional engagement on platforms like X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and CoinMarketCap.Growth Campaigns: Design and implement data-driven campaigns to sustainably attract institutional clients, quant funds, and high-net-worth investors.What You Bring (Requirements):5+ years of senior marketing leadership experience, with a proven track record in the Digital Asset, Web3, or Fintech space.Deep understanding of institutional finance (TradFi) and how to craft narratives that reso
